Zero Deficiency Campaign

Established in 2015, the Zero Deficiency Campaign was created to support the ship owners and ship managers in ensuring that the safety of the crew is of utmost priority by carrying out safe vessel operation that greatly contributes to the commercial success of the vessel. A quarterly seminar is held in Top Ever Training Hall that aims to improve the crew performance onboard.

Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar and Anti-Piracy Seminar (PDOS)

As mandated by the Department of Migrant Workers, Top Ever Marine Mnt Phil Corp is duly certified to conduct Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar that includes awareness on Anti-Piracy to all joining crew. PDOS includes discussion on DMW Standard Employment Contract (SEC), Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), Company policies and procedures and other essential information for the Filipino crew prior to their engagement on board their respective vessels.

Mental Health Awareness Seminar

A staple activity for Top Ever, this seminar is in partnership with DMR Psychological Services in providing quality awareness on the importance of Mental Health and how it affects the crew's daily life while on board and while on vacation. It presents a holistic approach to better understanding and having a sense of empathy towards a healthy state of mind.

PDOS for Family

This seminar is targeted in raising awareness to the family of our crew. Aside from discussing the contents of crew PDOS, this seminar also serves as a platform to address the concerns of crew families and to establish a good communication line with the families.

With this endeavour, PDOS for Family aims to improve the understanding of crew families on the responsibilities of their loved ones in fulfilling their careers as professional seafarers.
