Founded in 1998 by Capt Oscar D. Orbeta, a retired Naval Officer specialized in Naval Operation and Maritime Safety. Capt Orbeta is a product of the premier state maritime education, the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy. Capt Orbeta, leveraging his extensive service in the Philippine Navy and Coast Guard, laid the company’s foundation on the principles of trust, hard work, and dedication. Together with the founders of TEMM Maritime Co., Ltd - Capt Masato Suzuki and Engr Motoya Hamaguchi, the company was established to provide world-class crew management.

From the outset, Capt Orbeta emphasized a high standard of service, ensuring that Filipino seafarers are well-trained, disciplined, and equipped to meet the demands of international shipping. The company caters to a wide range of vessel types, including bulk carriers, container vessels, general cargo vessels and specialized tankers, showcasing its versatility and expertise in the maritime sector.
